Terry Gilliam isn't dead. The former Monty Python actor and noted director of movies such as Time Bandits and 12 Monkeys has apologised for being so, though.
Hollywood trade site Variety mistakenly posted an obituary for Gilliam, headlined "Monty Python’s Terry Gilliam, Director of 'Brazil,' Dies at XXX". The only problem? Gilliam, aged 74 -- not XXX -- is still happily inhaling lungfuls of oxygen.
